My Public Relations and Communication Management class put together a fictional news release announcing a new program to teach middle school kids media literacy. This media kit includes a media advisory, news release, and backgrounder with helpful information on the spread of false information.
In my Public Relations and Communications Management course, we were asked to photograph a First Fridays in the Exchange event and create captions for social media. I photographed Allan Geske’s studio in the Artspace building and wrote captions and a rational for each photo.
I created an event plan for the 2020 Creative Communications Info Night. I identified audiences, wrote messaging, and figured out how to showcase different aspects of Creative Communications to the program really stand out to potential students. My instructor chose my tagline “Take Your Creativity Seriously” for our campaign.
